As reflected by Resolute’s service offerings, Nicole brings a unique, integrated perspective to meeting today’s business and organizational challenges. She leads the firm with nearly 20 years of public relations and marketing experience having advised a wide range of industries including social services, healthcare, transportation, retail, technology and finance.
Nicole’s work and community involvement have been recognized with several awards such as the Tulsa Regional Chamber’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Tulsa 40 from the Tulsa Business & Legal News, Professional of the Year and Young Professional of the Year from the Public Relations Society of America Tulsa chapter and numerous PRSA Silver Link and IABC Bronze Quill awards. She is also Accredited in Public Relations through the Public Relations Society of America.
An avid proponent of collaboration and community building, Nicole gives her time through several community boards, including Tulsa Ballet, the Tulsa Regional Chamber and the national executive committee for PRSA's Counselors Academy. She also actively volunteers at Community Brookside and is a previous president of PRSA Tulsa.

Jennifer’s unique experiences in the fast-paced world of journalism make her a critical team member for media relations, crisis communications and brand awareness. Her ability to quickly pivot her clients’ public relations strategies ensures that our team’s work aligns with the client’s missions and challenges.
She has a diverse professional background where she has been responsible for everything from major nonprofit campaign fundraising and external media relations to executive producing news and lifestyle programs for daily broadcast.
In addition to serving on the boards for the YWCA and International Association of Business Communicators – Tulsa Chapter, Jennifer has previously volunteered her expertise to organizations such as Oasis Adult Day Services, Friends of Hospice Foundation and Reading Partners.

Lacey believes “success in the community leads to success in business” and approaches every project with this mindset. She primarily manages the firm’s non-profit and community engagement accounts in which she works with Resolute’s diverse team of PR professionals, marketers, and graphic designers to ensure brand standards are met and messaging remains consistent.
With public relations and marketing experience in both corporate and non-profit sectors, Lacey brings a strong sense of adaptability. Her strengths in client relations, community engagement, event coordination and public speaking provide an all-encompassing toolkit for clients looking to enhance their marketing approach within the community.
Lacey is a past recipient of “40 under 40” from Tulsa Business & Legal News and serves on the board of the Tulsa Press Club. She is also a member of Leadership Tulsa Class 55, a Mine Fellow and a former board member of TYPros, Tulsa Global Alliance and the TYPros Foundation.

Creative and innovative with an eye for detail, Julia has more than two decades of experience working in graphic design and office management. Julia’s strong suit is listening to the client and bringing their vision to life. She excels in organization, working at a fast pace and meeting deadlines.
At 10 years old, Julia caught the design bug when she learned calligraphy and began performing calligraphy work for local schools and churches. Her design career is wide-ranging and diverse. She has worked in the oilfield industry, for screen printing companies in Oklahoma and Texas, freelanced for a sign and banner company in Pennsylvania, which she purchased the sublimation and embroidery side of the business, and even worked on a movie filmed locally in Oklahoma. After working for several years at an independent marketing agency in Tulsa, Julia brings the knowledge of media buying, account management and production of commercials to Resolute PR along with her strength in design.
Julia says she approaches clients as if they are her friends, working to ensure she doesn’t let them down. Her goal is to assist the client by understanding and organizing their thoughts and ideas and translating that message into successful creative.

From campaign optimization to analytic reports, Lauren brings an expansive knowledge base of all things digital marketing to the team. She’s mastered Google Ads with certifications in Search, Display, Video and Measurement.

Kristi Eaton

From hiking in the hills of Myanmar to cart-wheeling in Samoa, Kristi Eaton enjoys visiting new places while being active. A storyteller at heart, she has written for The Associated Press, The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Los Angeles Times, The Guardian and NBC News, among others.
Born and raised in Tulsa, Kristi has covered a wide range of topics – from refugees finding new homes in Oklahoma to a school teaching feminist principles in India. She has reported or conducted media work in Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, and the Pacific Rim.
She has been a Tulsa Artist Fellow for the past three years. She spent the first two years researching and writing about women and incarceration in Oklahoma. She is now creating a storytelling website about immigrants who have resettled in Tulsa and greater Oklahoma.
As a strategic communicator, she has earned media placement in The Associated Press, Thomson Reuters Foundation, Forbes, Next City, TechCrunch, Devex and other outlets. She volunteers with Kendall Whittier Main Street in Tulsa and is on the Public Relations Committee at Tulsa Honor Academy.

Kristi brings almost three decades of professional experience to her role as Resolute’s Executive Assistant.
Her broad background of experience as a first-grade teacher and small business accounting and operations manager give her a unique perspective to managing the needs of Resolute’s team. Her philosophy is to have a servant’s heart, and she strives to serve others in both her personal and professional life.
Kristi currently serves on the board of the Brandon Magalassi Memorial Scholarship Foundation, where she works to promote suicide prevention awareness and mental health advocacy. In addition, she is a tutor with Reading Partners in Tulsa, The Adult Literacy Program, as well as a volunteer with St. Francis Children’s Hospital.
